| Yamaha Recording Custom Drums This is a Yamaha Recording Custom Drum Kit for sale. I'm asking $2,500 OBO at this point. This is the fusion style kit with tom sizes: 9x10, 10x12, and 12x14. The bass drum is 16x22. These are 100% birch shells, 7 plies on the kick drum, and 6 plies on the toms. Birch is punchy with a low fundamental tone and short decay. These drums also feature a large, high-mass lug that extends the length of the shell. Piano black lacquer finish. The double tom holder that comes out of the kick to hold the 2 rack toms is included. However, I only have 2 of the Yamaha YESS (Yamaha Enhanced Sustain System) mounts. I have only used 1 rack and the 1 floor tom in the past, so it's never been a big deal to me. You can pick up another mount pretty cheap if you want to use all three toms. I have used these pretty often over the past 3 years, so they have some dings and scratches, but I've taken good care of them and have always moved them in cases. All the drums have Evans and Remo heads on them and are ready to play. I also have Kaces brand cases that I will sell for an additional $200. These are sizes: 10x10, 11x12, 12x14, and 18x22. Obviously some of these cases are a little too big, but all of the drums fit nice and snug. These are heavily padded and very well made. There is no snare drum, hardware, or cymbals included with this deal. Please PM me with offers. I'd like to do local pickup if possible, but will consider shipping. | man, I would KILL for this kit, i played one in the studio and LOVED IT! I just cant afford that much...plus, I live in st. louis, so shipping would be crazy...the VERY BEST I could do would be maybe $600 with shipping costs included, which I know may be an insult for such great drums, but that is the best offer I can make...sorry! |
