You must contact us for return authorization and address before any returns or exchanges.

Tracking information is automatically sent to your PayPal email address within 24 hours of shipment. We only ship USPS Global Express or Global Priority depending on the item. Express orders are estimated to arrive within 2 business weeks of actual shipment, Priority within 3-4 weeks of shipment. Transit times can vary for a variety of countries.
We can’t control customs delays in your country thus shipments may take longer than we expect. We ship everything within 3 business days of receiving payment, not including weekends or holidays.
We can mark item as a gift or with a lower realistic value for customs only if you make a note of it in the PayPal notes as you are paying for the item. We can’t accept special requests after you have paid.
